Do you charge a move-in or administration fee?
Nope. No move-in or admin fees with us. If you shop around, be sure to ask about other facilities fees.
What are the access hours?
You can access your unit every day, from 6 AM to 10 PM.
When is my rent due?
Our leases are month-by-month, rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month. Late charges apply if rent has not been received by the 10th.
Should I get a drive-up unit or a heated unit?
Drive up units make it easy to load and unload straight from your vehicle. Heated units are inside a larger building, the wide hallways are great for staging your stuff out of the weather while you organize your things. For clothing, books, and furniture we recommend a heated unit.
Do I need a lock?
Yes, and you can use any lock you like. For your convenience we sell Chateau disc locks with 3 keys.
Will my rent go up?
We have a ONE YEAR no rent increase guarantee!
Do you store vehicles?
Yes! We have outside parking that is paved, fenced and lit. And limited covered vehicle storage. We store boats, cars, trailers and RV’s. Please call for a quote as price is dependent on size.
What kind of security do you offer?
We have security cameras and key coded access. Our property is fenced and well lit. And our manager lives on site.
